The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and efficient housekeeping. The curtains made it easy to sleep during the day. The buffet breakfast served was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the free unlimited water refill in the cafe. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and not too far from the city center.
the service on arrival was lacking, with no one readily available at the reception area to assist. The gym was also quite small and could benefit from more basic equipment.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was in a business area but far from the central business area. The hotel offered excellent service, with room service available and other amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious meals. we had a fantastic experience at this place.
There were no negative aspects of our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made sure I got the perfect room and even surprised me with a special treat. The bed in my room was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby and close to Macquarie Centre. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection was delicious and had a variety of options. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. The staff, especially Harley in the kitchen, were friendly and went the extra mile to assist with any inquiries. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city and other areas. The sustainability initiatives, like no water bottles and the option to fill up with cold or sparkling water at the bar, were impressive. The rooms were spacious and had a great layout, with a table to work at and plenty of storage for luggage.
Felt totally relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.
